Debit Card Thief in Town

On January 14, 2020 the guy shown in this photo was using a debit card that had been stolen just hours before. Several large purchases were made in a short period of time, prompting the issuing bank to alert the debit card owner. The owner of the debit card discovered that the card had been stolen from a motor vehicle overnight.

It didn’t take long to find the video related to these unauthorized purchases. Note that the suspect has tattoos on his neck and hands.
