Lambton OPP is currently investigating a Break, Enter and Theft from the Trinity Anglican
Church on Nauvoo Road in the Village of Watford. The incident occurred sometime
between Saturday the 20th and Sunday the 21st of July 2013. Entry was gained by pulling
open the large wooden side doors.
Some items were removed from the church including silver and pewter chalices, and
a knife set.
The unknown suspects sprayed fire extinguishers inside the church, and removed the
food which was in the kitchen refrigerator, and threw it on the floor. There was a
considerable amount of damage and clean up could go as high as $10,000.00.
