A1 Security – Crime of the Week

Stolen Husqvarna Riding Lawnmower and Trailer

On the weekend of July 20-21, an orange Husqvarna riding lawnmower was stolen from a residence on Telfer Side Road – just south of London Line in Sarnia. Also stolen at the same time was the victim’s black homemade trailer designed for transporting the riding lawnmower. The trailer is unique because it has a boat winch on the front tongue and the wood lined bed of the trailer tips to the rear. There is a long steel mesh ramp on the back that folds up, similar to other landscaping trailers.

A red pickup truck was seen in the area and witnesses saw it hooking up to the trailer in the victim’s driveway at one point.

The stolen mower was similar to the one in the picture except that his front bumper was bent a bit. The trailer in the picture shows how unique this homemade, tipping trailer actually is.

If you have any information about where this trailer and mower are – or if you know who is responsible for this theft, please call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 with your information or log on to www.p3tips.com Both methods allow you to provide your tip anonymously.

You can make money from the misdeeds of others – but you have to MAKE THE CALL.
