The Ontario Provincial Police in Corunna are investigating a daylight break and enter
which occurred between 12:30 and 1:30 in the afternoon of Sunday July 8th, in the
1300 block of St Clair Parkway. Homeowners were not far away when the suspects
gained entry to their home. The culprit(s) made off with cash and jewellery.
Police continue to respond to complaints of break, enter and theft where the property
owners are at home. These types of break-ins are occurring at all times of the day and
night, in all parts of the County of Lambton and the City of Sarnia.
Sarnia Lambton Crime Stoppers reminds you to keep your doors locked, even if you are
at home. Also, be sure to lock windows where possible, and don’t leave valuables or
purses in close proximity to doors and windows.
Finally, if you have any information about those responsible for break-ins or thefts, or
the whereabouts of stolen property, do the right thing, and call Crime Stoppers.
