Sarnia Police are investigating a report of counterfeit money being used to purchase goods at businesses in the Lambton Mall and at other local establishments. A counterfeit $100 was used in one instance. This particular incident occurred on September 11, 2023.

The male suspect is described as a white male wearing a black ball hat and dark zippered shirt.
