A1 Security Crime of the Week

The Sarnia Police would like the public’s assistance in identifying three suspects in a shoplifting incident.

On September 28, 2023, at a business located in the 500 block of Exmouth Street in the City of Sarnia, two males and one female were observed to select merchandise from different areas of the store. All three suspects were carrying backpacks and eventually concealed the selected items in their individual backpacks.

All three suspects passed all points of payment without making any attempt to pay for the concealed items and exited the store. Once outside they were approached by store security who attempted to arrest the suspects for theft under $5000. The suspects removed the items from their bags and returned them to security but refused to identify themselves or cooperate any further.

Female suspect was wearing a light colored hoodie, dark loose fitting pants and white shoes. She appears to be a young adult or teenager with long blond hair.

Male suspect #1 was wearing a blue t-shirt, dark pants and white shoes. He appears to be a young adult or teenager with medium length curly hair.

Male suspect #2 was wearing a black hoodie, dark pants and white shoes. He appears to be a young adult or teenager with medium length curly hair.
