A1 Security Crime of the Week

The Sarnia Police Service is looking for the public’s assistance identifying a vehicle and suspects involved in a shooting incident.

On October 25, 2023, just after midnight, multiple gunshots were fired in the direction of a house on Maness Court located in the Aamjiwnaang First Nations Community. The gunshots were fired from inside a white SUV that had stopped in front of the residence then immediately fled the scene travelling in a southerly direction.

No one was injured as a result of this incident.

Members of the Sarnia Police Service immediately responded, however, the vehicle and any suspects were not located. The vehicle and the firearm used in this shooting remain outstanding. The motivation for this crime is not known but it appears to be an isolated incident at this time.
