A1 Security Crime of the Week

The Sarnia Police Service is looking for the public’s assistance in providing any information on an attempt robbery that occurred within the city.

On October 18, 2023 at approximately 11:20 pm the victim in this matter was walking on Mitton Street in the City of Sarnia. This area is commonly referred to as “Mitton Village.”

Two suspects emerged from the area of a vacant business and accosted the victim. They demanded his money and phone. The victim was able to run from the area and was not injured during the brief interaction.

Suspect #1 is described as a male party with a skinny build, approximately 5’9″, wearing a grey hoodie with a blue logo across the center chest area and a navy blue facemask.

Suspect #2 is described as a male party with a skinny build, wearing a grey hoodie and his face was also covered with a mask.
