On Monday April 7, 2025, the Sarnia Police were dispatched to the intersection of Murphy Road and Lakeshore Road in response to a mischief complaint. Police attended and located several utility lines that had been cut and there were powerlines lying across driveways.

The suspects were described as three males, wearing dark clothing and one was observed riding a three-wheeled bicycle.

Over the past several months, there have been several similar occurrences of damage to utility lines and poles
