On May 1st, 2025, at an unspecified time during the evening, the accused, Nicholas STEVENSON born 4 July 1989 of Sarnia, contacted the victim and arranged to meet her at the McDonalds located at 1330 Exmouth Street, Sarnia. At some time shortly prior to 2245 hours, the accused arrived at the McDonalds in a Black 2019 Ram 1500 bearing Ontario marker *CC35105*, entered the McDonalds and ordered the victim to enter his vehicle using threats of violence.
The victim and accused then proceeded to enter the vehicle.
The accused then transported the victim to an unspecified location on Brigden Road. At that time, the accused removed the victim from the vehicle and ordered her to undress herself and took her clothing as well as her cellphone. A co-accused proceeded to strike the victim in the face approximately three times. The accused and co-accused then re-entered their vehicles and left the victim in the middle of the road.
The victim then ran to the nearest residence, where police were subsequently contacted.
The co-accused has been arrested but police are still looking for Nicholas Stevenson
