A1 Security Crime of the Week

The Sarnia Police Service continues to ask for the public’s assistance locating a wanted male party.

On June 26, 2025, police observed Michael MCMANUS exit a store in possession of a bicycle. This alerted officers as MCMANUS has been known to steal bicycles in the past. This same bicycle was later reported stolen by the owner.

Police formed grounds to charge MCMANUS with Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000 and Fail to Comply with Probation Order (to keep the peace and be of good behaviour). MCMANUS was unable to be located and a warrant was requested for his arrest.

Since that time, MCMANUS has yet to be located. Two additional warrants have also been obtained for MCMANUS for Fail to Attend for Fingerprints and a Bench Warrant for charges of Theft Under x3, Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000 and Fail to Comply with Probation.

MCMANUS is described as a white male with a medium build, 170 pounds, 5’6″ tall and a light complexion. He has brown hair that is spiked/shaved, blue eyes and is missing upper teeth.
