A1 Security Crime of the Week

 

The Sarnia Police Service has arrested and charged a Sarnia area teacher with sexual offences, including sexual assault and sexual exploitation, as part of an ongoing investigation involving multiple students.

 

Investigators from the Sarnia Police Service MCAT (Major Case Action Team) obtained evidence that the accused engaged in criminal conduct involving multiple students in 2023 and 2024 while they were under his authority as a teacher at Ecole Secondaire Catholique St. Francois Xavier in Sarnia. These allegations include incidents of sexual abuse involving students.

 

On February 20, 2026, the accused, Kevin Partington, was arrested and charged with several criminal offences.

 

The investigation is ongoing and investigators believe there may be additional victims or witnesses who have not yet come forward.
