On March 20, 2026, at 10:32 hours, officers were dispatched to attend a business on Indian Road South in response to a complaint of mischief. At roughly 03:00 hours that morning, a male party was observed on CCTV footage entering the business on an e-bike. The male was observed looking into 5 vehicles and entering two of them.

 

CCTV footage captured the unknown male travelling southbound on Indian Road South and entering the business lot at 02:48 hours. The male was observed parking his e-bike before he begins inspecting vehicles and attempting to open any that were left unlocked. The male was unsuccessful gaining entry to any vehicles and was observed traveling behind the business to the west.

 

The male is observed riding an e-bike, wearing a black coat, beige sweater, black pants, blue baseball cap, and a black backpack.

 

At 02:53 hours, the male is observed on the south side attempting to enter various vehicles and inspecting the inside of each with a flashlight. The male then attempts to enter a Yellow 2019 Jeep Wrangler. The male is observed reaching into the vehicle through a window on the rear driver’s side. The male is then observed to affix a bag to his handlebars and drive his e-bike out of frame.

 

CCTV footage then shows the male in the back lot. The male was observed to be looking into multiple vehicles with a flashlight and attempting to open doors to various vehicles shown in the frame.

 

At 02:58 hours, the male is then observed attempting to remove a fog light secured to the front bumper of a vehicle. Later the male is observed exiting the camera frame with two bags affixed to his handlebars.
