On Tuesday July 10th, 2018 between the hours of 5pm and 6pm an unknown male suspect on a mountain bike, attended the area of Mayfair Drive and Lansdowne Avenue.

The suspect approached an elderly female victim in the backyard at a residence in this area and asked for a glass of water.
