A1 Security – Crime of the Week

Lambton OPP are investigating the theft of a green John Deere gator – similar to the one shown in the picture.

This gator was stolen from a shed on the waste water treatment property in Petrolia sometime on or before April 6th.  These thieves also broke in to another spot on the property and stole a significant amount of fire department training gear.

These are the types of thefts that affect every resident of Petrolia & the Township of Enniskillen.  Fire training equipment is very valuable – it’s as much about the financial value as it is about the practical value of having the right equipment to train with.

The gator and the fire training equipment are not easy things to hide or to explain away.  Somebody out there knows the person who suddenly came into possession of these things.

Sometimes thieves ditch or hide this type of thing until the heats off.  Maybe you know where this stuff is… if so, you need to call Crime Stoppers as soon as you can.  Stay anonymous and maybe even get paid for your information.

Go online at www.p3tips.com or download the P3 App and submit your tip anonymously.  You can even upload pictures!  Or just call us at 1-800-222-TIPS(8477) any time – day or night.
