BLACK 1996 PICKUP TRUCK STOLEN

On December 15, 2021, Sarnia Police attended the 2300 block of Confederation Line regarding a break and enter. It was reported that a black, 1996 Chevrolet GMC4 truck was stolen along with boat and tractor batteries, welding cables, six Michelin truck tires and the security system on the barn. The licence plate on the truck is Ontario 6687FC with a 2015 expired validation sticker. The truck was in excellent condition and had red leather interior, six-spoke polished aluminum American Eagle mag wheels and a Leer fiberglass tonneau cover with chrome rails around the top of the cover.

All of the stolen items were in a locked barn on the property. To gain access, the culprits kicked in a small man door on the side of the structure. Once inside, they pushed a small airplane out of the barn thru the larger door in order to steal the vehicle and other items. The thieves drove the truck down the driveway and off the property.

This crime took place sometime between December 13 at 4 PM and December 15 at 4 PM. The value of the items, not including the priceless GMC truck, is well over $3,000.00.
