Crime of the Week

Police are still appealing for help from the public in locating a missing woman from Lambton County and three missing men from Sarnia.

Lambton Ontario Provincial Police crime unit continue in their efforts to locate Deana TIMMS who was last heard from in February 2021. She is described as a Caucasian female, 5’4″ (162cm), 120 pounds (54 kg) with blonde hair and brown eyes. Sarnia Police Service also continue their efforts in locating missing persons Dustin IRESON, Trevor MORLEY, and Trevor CHAPUT.

Dustin IRESON, 33, was reported missing in November 2022. Police say his vehicle, a black Dodge Ram pickup, was located November 30, 2022 in the area of Harbour Road in the City of Sarnia. He is described as 5’7″ (173 cm) with long brown hair and is missing a tooth on the right side of his mouth.

Trevor MORLEY, 40, was also reported missing in November 2022. Police report he was last seen along Sarnia’s waterfront at the end of Devine Street off Christina Street in the City of Sarnia during the early morning hours of November 22, 2022.

Members of the OPP Underwater Search and Recovery Unit and the Sarnia Police conducted a search for both men in December 2022 along the St.Clair River but were unsuccessful in locating the missing men.

Sarnia Police Criminal Investigation Division has been investigating the disappearance of Trevor CHAPUT since July 6, 2022, when family members reported him missing. He is described as approximately 5’6″ (170 cm) and 160 pounds (72 kg) with a thin build. Police are treating his disappearance as suspicious. Sarnia Lambton Crime Stoppers has doubled the maximum reward to $4000 for information leading to an arrest or Chaput’s location.
