Mischief in Point Edward

      The Ontario Provincial Police in Point Edward are asking for the public’s assistance in

identifying a group of teens that were seen damaging the globes on light standards along the

walking path from Alfred Street to Michigan Avenue. The incident occurred around 4:30 pm

on Monday June 11, 2012. Nine globes were smashed. Estimate of damage caused exceeds

 $4,000.00.

     The first suspect is a female Caucasian, wearing cut off jeans, a black and white tank top,

 with dark brown hair and carrying a skateboard. There were three males, the first is

described as male Caucasian, wearing black knee length shorts, with blond hair and not

wearing a shirt. The last two males are described as being darker skinned, with short dark

 hair, wearing plaid swim shorts and t-shirts. All four suspects are believed to be about 16

years of age.

     They were last seen outside the Tim Horton’s store on Exmouth east ofFront Street.
