Please do your best to protect your property by removing items such as purses, wallets, briefcases etc from your vehicles, when you leave your vehicle to go shopping, out to a restaurant or in for the evening. If you can’t remove your articles, (like larger ones for example) then place them in the trunk or hide them from view and then lock your doors. Yes I know that if someone wants into your vehicle badly enough, he or she will smash your window, or attack your locks. However, make it as difficult as possible for thieves to get at your property. Don’t make it easy for them. If you see anyone lurking about in parking lots, or checking doors on cars or anything suspicious that you think needs immediate attention, please call the police.
